On January 23, Missouri LICA members gathered at the Courtyard by Marriott in Columbia, MO to celebrate its 81st Winter Convention. The theme for this Convention was “Road to Success.” We held numerous classes, held our Cornhole Competition, visited with vendors and learned about their products and services, and listened to a variety of speakers who taught us how to build our own Road to Success. The Ladies Auxiliary made some beautiful pottery, tried their hand at escaping from the locked Breakout Room, made some handy kitchen towels, and even had time for their business meeting. We topped the Convention off with an Awards Ceremony, a celebration of our Past Presidents, an Honorary Member induction, and many great laughs from comedian Jim Walkoe.
