2018 National LICA Summer Meeting
On July 10-15, 2018, the Michigan LICA chapter hosted the National LICA Summer Meeting in Grand Rapids, MI. The Amway Hotel was right across the street from the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library which several of us took time to visit. Michigan LICA hosted a variety of events for our members, including some pre-tours, an equipment rodeo, and even a post-meeting tour of Mackinaw Island. Surprisingly enough, amongst all the fun, we even managed to get some association work done, as well as learn about another new member benefit, a new health insurance plan for our members and/or their employees.
