On a sweltering Saturday afternoon on July 25, Jake Gingerich sponsored our Summer Meeting at his shop in Columbia and showed Missouri LICA members both his generosity and his tremendous talents as a “backyard chef!” We thoroughly enjoyed Jake’s barbecue, fresh fruit, and sweet corn on the cob, as wells as lots of delicious sides and desserts supplied by our members.
