Any person, firm or corporation regularly engaged in owning and operating construction equipment in the field of land improvement shall be eligible, upon approval by the proper Board or Committee, for active membership in this Association and shall have a vote on all matters pertaining to the operation of the Association.
A Contractor Membership includes memberships in the following:
- Missouri LICA Local District
- Missouri LICA State Chapter
- National LICA’s Region IV – a five-state region including Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin
